Plant Care Specialist

Your main role is to keep plants healthy and looking great!  This includes traveling to client accounts assigned to you and taking care of plants, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, cleaning and communicating with us and the client as needed.  This is a role that allows for a lot of independent work as well as flexibility.  

Operations Associate

If you like doing a little bit of everything and having each day being different from the one before, this is the role for you!  As Operations Associate, you are the star helper wherever the team needs you.  This ranges from covering for others when they are out to picking up supplies and from receiving shipments to working on installations.  It’s an active role for the active mind!

Sales Associate

Do you have experience working in the corporate environment and commercial building industry?  Do you enjoy cold calling or networking with strangers?  Do you love closing deals and hearing the sound of email notifications?  Do you bring a level of enthusiasm and creativity to everything you do?  If so, let’s talk!  We pride ourselves on fast response to our clients and being proactive in outreach to industry contacts and building relationships.  

 

FAQ

What are your hours?

We usually work M-F 9am – 5pm.  However, depending on your role and the projects going on, the hours may shift earlier.

Do you offer training?

Yes, training is so important for us so everyone stays on the same page and can provide a consistent experience and quality to our clients.  We offer hands-on training, but you need to bring the can-do attitude and excitement. 

Where is your office?

Our main office and warehouse is in Concord, NH.  However, most of the team does not go there on a regular basis because they don’t need to.  We stay in touch via email, text and our internal communication app.  For sales roles, you are expected to be able to travel to networking events and client on-site walk throughs.

What is your company culture?

Our company culture is flexible, creative, communicative and supportive.  Overall we love learning, owning our mistakes and being open with each other.  We take this approach with our clients as well and always communicate proactively on good news as well as any issues encountered.  We treat everyone with respect.

Finger pointing and gossip has no place with us.
